If your club chooses to collect money through the app there's a platform fee on top of Stripe's standard processing: 1.5% on dues and event fees, 3% on fundraising, 5% on merchandise. Collect nothing and you pay nothing beyond the monthly price.

Yes. Every club sees only its own information — members can never see another club's data. Everything is encrypted in transit, card details are handled entirely by Stripe, and anyone can delete their account and personal data at any time.
Not at all — it's built for volunteers, parents and players. Parents can manage their children without a separate login, and joining takes a link or a short code.
No — and you shouldn’t. PlayHQ is mandatory for competition in many associations, and TeamZy doesn’t replace it. PlayHQ handles registration to the league, fixtures and results; TeamZy handles the day-to-day your association doesn’t: who’s coming to training, team chat, court allocation, uniforms, fees and compliance reminders. They sit side by side — and you can import your teams straight from a PlayHQ export, so nothing gets typed twice.
Yes. TeamZy is on Google Play and the App Store, so it doesn’t matter what your members carry.
