These terms govern your use of the TeamZy app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use TeamZy.
TeamZy is operated from Victoria, Australia. You can reach us at teamzysupport@gmail.com.
TeamZy is a communication and administration app for sports clubs: announcements, chat, schedules and RSVPs, teams and rosters, documents, registrations, and optional payments. Clubs set themselves up and control their own content and members.
When you join a club, that club's administrators can see your membership and the information you provide to them. Each club is responsible for how it uses its members' information and for meeting its own legal obligations, including those relating to children. TeamZy provides the tools; the club decides how to use them.
You choose who can see your contact details — club admins only, your team, or the whole club — and you can change that at any time.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short: be respectful, post nothing abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal, keep it relevant to your club, and report anything that breaks the rules. We remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Don't attempt to access data belonging to other clubs or members, disrupt the service, or use TeamZy to send spam.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service for your club. You're responsible for having the right to post what you post, including photographs of other people.
Clubs may subscribe to TeamZy for A$25 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price for an existing subscriber.
We work to keep TeamZy running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and make your data available for export.
You can delete your account at any time from More → Delete my account, or by asking us — see deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, TeamZy is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of doing so. We aren't responsible for how a club runs its affairs, for content posted by members, or for decisions made using the app.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be shown here with a new date, and we'll tell you in the app where the change affects you.
