TeamZy — account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your TeamZy account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, including if you no longer have the app installed.
Send us a deletion request and we'll action it for you:
Please send the request from, or include, the email address on your TeamZy account so we can verify and locate it. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
We permanently delete your profile and personal details (name, email, phone, profile photo), your club memberships, and any login-less children you added and manage.
Content you contributed to a club — such as posts, chat messages or comments — is anonymised (detached from your identity) rather than removed, so the club's shared history stays intact for its other members. Records a club is legally required to retain (for example, a receipt for a payment you made) may be kept by that club as required by law.
