TeamZy is a communication and logistics app for sports clubs and teams. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. TeamZy is built so that each club only ever sees its own data.
Account details you provide: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number. Profile photo, if you add one. Content you create: posts, chat messages, comments, photos, RSVPs, availability and any registration or credential details your club asks for. Club and team information created by admins. A device push token so we can send notifications. Basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the service.
To run your club’s communication — delivering posts, messages, events and notifications; to show club rosters and directories according to your visibility settings; to process payments you choose to make; and to keep the service reliable and secure.
Your information is visible only to members of the club(s) you belong to. Your email and phone are shown to others only per your contact-visibility setting (admins only, your team, or the whole club). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
We use trusted providers to operate TeamZy: Supabase (secure database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (to process payments for real-world goods and services such as club dues, event fees and merchandise), and Apple/Google/Firebase (to deliver push notifications). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is enforced at the database layer so one club cannot read another club’s data, and members cannot read each other’s private information. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by TeamZy.
You can edit your profile, control who sees your contact details, choose your notification level, and block or report other members. You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from More → Delete my account.
Youth club members are managed by their parents/guardians or by club admins. Guardians can add and manage children who do not have their own login. Clubs are responsible for how they collect and use youth information, including any Working with Children checks for coaches.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile and personal data; content you contributed to a club (such as posts or messages) is anonymised so the club’s history stays intact.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
